Our history

The Compass brand Eurest has been in operating in Ireland since the 1980's. In July 2000 Eurest merged with Sutcliff owned by Granada at the time to form into Compass Group. In 2002 Compass bought Management Catering Services (MSC).

In 2008 the complete merger occurred to form what is now known in Ireland as Compass Group, operating from Dublin.

Globally Compass Group floated on the Stock Exchange in 1988. In 1998, the Group became a FTSE 100 company.
