  Fiacra Nagle

  Managing Director - Compass Group Ireland

  Fiacra was appointed Managing Director Compass Group - Ireland  in March 2011.

  Before joining, Fiacra was Commercial Director of ODC Group the owner of the UK's two largest On-demand printing Brands "Prontaprint" and "Kall Kwik".

  Until 2008 Fiacra was CEO of O'Briens Sandwich Bars and had been instrumental in growing that business into Ireland's leading branded franchise business with 300 stores worldwide.

  Prior to that Fiacra had spent 15 years in International Banking and Project Finance latterly as Head Of Telecom Finance for KBC Bank.

  Fiacra has spoken at many Retail and Franchise Conferences and Events, was a Board Member of the Irish Franchise Association and an active Member of Retail Excellence Ireland.

  Pauline Cox

  Business Director

  Pauline has spent almost twenty years - her entire career in the food services industry and provides as Business Director, sound operational background to Compass Ireland.

  After completing her studies with a Degree in Hotel & Catering Management & BSc Management, Pauline spent 5 years in Australia working in Remote Site Services. Her career in food services continued here in Ireland where she worked with Sodexo for almost 12 years.

  Pauline joined Compass in August 2004, initially in the role of MD for Management Catering Services. Pauline lives in Co Wicklow, is married and has one daughter.

  Mark Lee

  Marketing & Strategic Partnership Director

  Mark started his career in 1996 as a Marketing Executive with the Guinness Ireland Group (Diageo) where he was Sponsorship Manager for the group.

   He was then appointed Head of Brand PR & Sponsorship in O2 before moving to Eircom in 2003 as Marketing Manager.  He then helped set up Sports Marketing & Event Management Agency 'Platinum One' in 2004 and in 2008 he was appointed Head of Marketing for The Doyle Collection. Mark joined the Compass Group in September 2009 and is currently the Marketing & Strategic Partnership Director.

  Mark lives in Dublin with his wife and one child.

  Paul Kenny

  Finance Director

  Paul has over twenty one years experience in the Catering Industry with the last eleven years spent as Finance and Purchasing Director for Compass in Ireland. Paul oversaw the introduction of a single logistics partner for supply chain to the Irish business which has saved 1.4 million miles in distribution to date.

  Paul is a keen sports fan, is PRO of his local GAA team and also manages soccer and football teams at under fifteen level. Paul lives in his native Kildare and is married with three children.

  Stephen Connolly

  Human Resources Director

  Stephen joined Compass from Dell where he had HR responsibility for the UK & Ireland Sales operation.

  During his time as part of the Leadership team, he worked on reigniting Dell's top line Sales growth to $2 Billion pa for the UK & Ireland business and implementing cultural change and support structures to facilitate the changing business requirements.

  Prior to Dell Stephen worked with Case New Holland and was responsible initially for HR in Ireland and then for their EMEA Central Staff functions. Stephen lives in Dublin with his wife and two children.
