Through this experience we have developed our own Michelin Star restaurant and we are proud of partnerships with Michelin star chefs. Between them they have amassed 25 stars around the globe!

We strongly believe we have a role to play in our restaurants and more broadly in our communities by designing craveable and healthful food offers that supports healthy futures. As such we believe a qualified nutritionist is a key member of our culinary team.

Ensuring that the menus provided are nutritionally balanced and food offers are in line with Healthy Eating Guidelines, as well as supervising the nutritional aspects of our offer, our Nutritionist is also available to each of our clients to provide nutritional advice through on site talks and clinics as well as through our “ask the nutritionist” email.

Providing dedicated support at senior level across our business, the HSEQ Team ensures everyone – client, customer, Compass employee, and visitor – who engages with our service is safe, and kept safe. They are instrumental in overseeing the implementation and monitoring of our HSE and quality policies and systems.

We rely on our HSEQ Team to ensure we are doing everything we can to promote a safety culture throughout our business, adhere to strict environmental standards, and operate transparently with regards quality and sourcing.

Our Head of Coffee is responsible for steering and owning Compass Group Ireland’s coffee story. They manage the coffee and tea story in all our locations. Working with an experienced and specialist team of coffee lovers, they select the best beans, machines, training and marketing across this hugely critical part of our service for you. We have gathered and trained a group of exceptional individuals who can share their coffee knowledge and enthusiasm to other staff members as well to our customers.

We have a group of highly skilled and passionate leaders from amongst whom we will carefully select a right fit to deliver your goals and aspirations.

Our operators are highly visible and strategically important. They run single units, multi-sites and even multi-service contracts, making commercial decisions and working directly with our clients and senior leaders. They bring out the best in people; overseeing our teams and helping them achieve the highest quality service standards.
