When Compass Ireland partnered with Squarespace to support its newly established Dublin workforce in 2016, they were looking for a food service provider that could help them establish a company culture based on its core principles of innovation and creativity. Repeatedly voted one of the best employers for millennials worldwide, Squarespace also needed a food service partner that could cater to their employee demographic.

Catering for a dynamic workforce
Understanding the influence of nutritious food on a productive work environment, we provide a cornucopia of freshly prepared snacks, hot meals, and cold-pressed juices across the pantries at Squarespace’s Dublin location.
Niall Noone, our dedicated Food Experience Manager, harnesses the power of great food to create a workplace where Squarespace employees feel valued. He organises a range of food-focused events throughout the week, with Friday Night Happy Hour, ad-hoc breakfast and lunch meetings and table tennis tournaments on the agenda.
We also offer a selection of healthy dishes, including DIY gourmet sandwiches, a range of herbal teas and four-tap craft beer.

Our Central Production Unit (CPU), Copper Pan Kitchen – formerly Cookhouse – allows us to operate drop-in catering for Squarespace, with 100% Irish ingredients and a team of culinary professionals making it possible to bring a fine-dining experience to hard-working employees without a kitchen causing disruption in their office.
